Life and Living Award 2026, 2025 & 2024
The "Life & Living Award" is presented by the news channel ntv in cooperation with the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and honors companies that impress with high customer satisfaction in the home and living sectors.
For ELEO GmbH, the award has become a confirmation of continuous quality:
In 2026, we were honored in two categories at once – "Fences & Gates" and "Pergolas". This was based on a large-scale consumer survey with approximately 44,000 votes, evaluating 591 companies. The rating covered overall satisfaction, trust, value for money, customer service, range of products, image, and product quality.

In 2025, we received the award as one of Germany's three most popular providers in the "Fences and Gates" category, and in 2024, we were honored as "Germany's most popular provider" in the "Railings" category.

Digital Champion 2026 & 2025
ELEO GmbH was recognized in both 2025 and 2026 in the "Digital Champion" study by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and FOCUS Money, ranking among the leading companies in the "Garden Fence Shops" category.
The basis for the 2025 award was an investigation of approximately 14,900 companies, analyzing both public perception and internal digitalization performance. The study was conducted by ServiceValue GmbH in cooperation with the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF).
In 2026, the study was expanded further to include around 16,500 companies. In addition to analyzing millions of online mentions via social listening, internal processes, data, communication, and company structures were also evaluated. ELEO successfully positioned itself here as well and was once again honored – also as the industry winner.
The renewed recognition as a "Digital Champion" confirms our consistent approach and underscores our ambition to continuously develop digital processes and design them for the future.

Nominated for the "Grand Prize for SMEs" 2026, 2024, 2023 & 2022
The "Grand Prize for SMEs" (Großer Preis des Mittelstandes) is one of Germany's most prestigious business awards, presented by the Oskar-Patzelt-Stiftung. Each year, small and medium-sized enterprises from industry, services, trade, crafts, and commerce are recognized for outstanding economic achievements and sustainable practices.
ELEO GmbH has been nominated for this award on multiple occasions and reached the jury stage of the competition in both 2022 and 2023. This placed the company among the final 450 candidates and within a select group of businesses in the overall competition.
We regard these nominations as recognition of our approach to successfully offering custom-made fence systems, pavilions, and garden products crafted from hand-forged wrought iron through online retail.

Service Champions 2025
ELEO Express was named the industry winner in the "Railings" category in Germany's largest service ranking, "Service Champions 2025," by ServiceValue in cooperation with DIE WELT.
The study was based on over 2.2 million customer evaluations of more than 5,500 companies and assessed the experienced service from the customer's perspective.
The award confirms our commitment to supporting customers not only with high-quality products but also with reliable service and a compelling overall experience.

Germany's Best 2025
As part of the study "Germany's Best – Everything for the House" by FOCUS MONEY and the consulting firm ServiceValue, ELEO Express was recognized in 2025 as one of the best providers in the "Railings" category.
The award was based on a comprehensive consumer survey with over 154,000 customer evaluations of approximately 1,500 companies across 97 industries. It assessed general satisfaction with providers that play a significant role in the home, garden, and outdoor sectors.
ELEO Express stands for handcrafted wrought iron fences, gates, and railings, shipped directly from stock. The award confirms the high satisfaction of our customers and underscores our commitment to quality, service, and a superior shopping experience.

Germany's Best Online Shops 2024 & 2022
ELEO Express was honored with the "Germany's Best Online Shops" award in 2024 and 2022. The award is presented by the news channel ntv in cooperation with the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ).
The surveys were based on comprehensive polls of approximately 64,000 and 77,000 consumers respectively from across Germany. The evaluation criteria included price-performance ratio, product range, customer service, website, and ordering, shipping, and payment processes.
ELEO Express successfully positioned itself in the "Garden Fences" and "Railings" categories, meeting all DISQ evaluation criteria to the highest level of satisfaction.

BAYERNS BEST 50 and Bavarian Businesswoman of the Year 2023 
ELEO GmbH was honored with the "BAYERNS BEST 50" award in 2023. Additionally, Managing Director Katrin Weinkauf was named "Bavarian Businesswoman of the Year 2023."
The "BAYERNS BEST 50" award is presented annually by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. It recognizes medium-sized companies that have demonstrated particularly strong growth in recent years. The evaluation is based on factors such as turnover and employee growth.
The "Bavarian Businesswoman of the Year" award honors economic success as well as an active role and responsibility within the company.
These honors confirm the positive development of ELEO GmbH and the work of our entire team. We are proud of this recognition and see it as motivation to continue our journey consistently.

Digital Champions in Bavarian Retail 2021
ELEO GmbH has been pursuing a consistent digitalization strategy in the distribution of fence systems and pavilions for several years. The goal is to offer customers a modern and flexible shopping experience.
A central component of this strategy is digital configuration: In the ELEO online shops, customers can individually plan and design their wrought iron fences, gates, and pavilions.
As part of this development, several digitalization projects were successfully implemented. For this, ELEO GmbH was honored as a "Digital Champion in Bavarian Retail" in 2021. The certificate was presented by State Secretary for Economic Affairs Roland Weigert.
The award is presented by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy together with ibi research at the University of Regensburg and DATEV eG. The aim is to honor companies that successfully combine traditional retail with digital solutions.
