    Wrought iron is exceptionally strong. Therefore, your wrought iron garden gate will be virtually indestructible – regardless of wind and weather. Furthermore, the gate will require very little maintenance for decades and will still maintain a flawless appearance.
    Double-leaf gates are particularly practical for car access. This allows you to enter your property without any problems.
    There are both symmetrical and asymmetrical double-leaf gates. The reason for this lies not only in appearance but also in the practical use of the gate. The individual leaves of a double-leaf gate are very heavy and rather impractical for pedestrian entry. This doesn't have to be the case. Instead of two gate leaves of the same size, they can also be asymmetrical. This allows you to enter your property on foot without much effort.
    Our gates are delivered as a complete, ready-to-install set. Everything is included, from the necessary hinges and mounting plates to the tubular frame lock. If needed, you can also find matching steel posts and other accessories, such as a gate stop, in our shop under Posts & Accessories.

    You can pass through your future gate particularly conveniently by car if it opens automatically or electrically. This way, you don't even have to get out of the car. A major advantage – which is why our gates can easily be retrofitted with an electric drive. Should you wish, we would be happy to put you in touch with an installation company that can independently and responsibly install the gate, including the electric drive, for you.

    A wooden gate possesses rustic charm and can be extremely sturdy – no question. But it is also susceptible to weathering and requires regular maintenance in the form of applying, for example, paint, oil, or varnish.     Metal driveway gate – galvanised or powder-coated using the duplex process

    A coating provides additional protection against the elements. For your driveway gate, we offer an anthracite-coloured powder coating using a high-quality duplex process. Hot-dip galvanising in a matte silver tone offers equally reliable protection and gives your driveway gate a modern, timeless look. Alternatively, you can choose to have your gate without an additional coating. In this case, the metal will develop an antique rust patina over time, creating a particularly romantic effect.

    As standard, we offer double-leaf gates with a width of 200 cm per leaf and a total height of 95 to 100 cm. If you would like to further configure your driveway gate and customize it to your individual needs, we recommend visiting our ELEO Fence online shop.     An electric driveway gate – how does it work?

    Our wrought iron driveway gates from ELEO Express can easily be retrofitted with an electric opener. Should you wish, we would be happy to put you in touch with an installation company that can independently and responsibly install the gate, including the electric opener.

    An electric opener is, so to speak, the convenient way to open your double-leaf driveway gate from your car.

    With a double-leaf metal gate, the leaves are guided by hinges. The necessary range of motion is relatively large – a double-leaf gate that is electrically operated typically requires a radius of 90 to 130 degrees. Furthermore, a 230-volt power source in the immediate vicinity of the driveway gate is a basic requirement for the gate to open smoothly and reliably. An installer then only needs to install the hinges or the spindle drive on the gate posts.

    Modern gate openers even offer additional features. From soft start and stop functions and obstacle detection to a timed approach function – the possibilities for individual customization are particularly extensive these days.
