Warranty Conditions
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, and inadequate or incorrect maintenance.
Cancellation Policy
As required by law, we hereby inform you of the generally applicable cancellation policy. Our products are manufactured to high quality standards. Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with our goods, please contact us. We will certainly find a solution.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered in a single shipment;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ELEO GmbH, Ziegeleistr. 14, 96269 Großheirath, email address: kundenservice@eleo-express.de, phone: +49 9565 50917 0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. Exclusion and Expiry Grounds The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for: for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for: for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
