Warranty Conditions

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, and inadequate or incorrect maintenance.

 

Conclusion of Contract; Written Form

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Installation (GTC) form an integral part of the contract between the buyer and us, the company operating under the name ELEO GmbH. All services provided by our company are exclusively based on these GTC. Deviating agreements are not accepted.

Agreements, order acceptances, promises, and assurances require our written confirmation to be valid. This requirement of written form cannot be waived orally.

Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. The prices quoted are final retail prices plus shipping costs.

The agreed price refers to the undivided delivery of the agreed total quantity. Assembly, shipping, insurance, and other ancillary services are included in the price only if agreed upon in writing.

Note

We are prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the Federal Universal Arbitration Board, Center for Arbitration e.V. V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de).

Additional provisions for business customers:

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Coburg. This agreement applies only if the contracting party is an entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law (Section 14 of the German Civil Code).
